The house in the spotlight,
look into the house,
our house,
the house we live in, the land that feeds us,
the house we are building
the creatures we live with,
the life or death we create,
the house inside in view.

The walls of this house denounce the systematic murder of more than a thousand leaders since the signing of the Colombian peace agreement, they deplore and detest the massive forced displacement of more than 6.7 million people caused by the armed struggle and by an extractivist model, which, with the support of multinational corporations, seeks control and ownership of the country‘s mining, timber, energy, agricultural and land resources.
A visor made of earth that delimits the center of gravity of the house from the inside.

The North, the South, the East and the West are present as a call for people to unite and create a system focused on life, on caring for the earth or as the Afro-Colombian indigenous people do define: “Vivir sabroso”, which refers to good living beyond growth and consumption. Vivir sabroso promotes an alternative vision of well-being based on social practices - (such as resistance practices that relate to everyday struggles rather than relying on conceptual frameworks such as human rights or transitional arrangements) - interpersonal relationships and the protection of nature.
